Following the confirmation of the water tower's structural integrity, the team proceeded to construct two frames that were bolted onto the tower to securely mount the digital displays. In addition to the frames, two levels of walkways were also included to provide rear access to the displays for installation and future maintenance purposes. These walkways were essential to ensure safe and convenient access to the displays for any necessary repairs or adjustments, and to maintain the overall functionality of the digital signage system.
